We are not currently seeking to fill any positions. However, you are welcome to file a resume in-store for future considerations.

System Wipe + Reload

Wipe + Reloads are our most popular service.
They are used when Windows is messed up because of Viruses, Corruption, Missing Files or other circumstances. A wipe and reload physically takes about 4 hours to perform, and involves Formatting your Hard Drive, Reinstalling Windows, Finding the latest Drivers for your Internals, Applying all of the latest Security Updates + Patches. As a bonus, we also setup some popular software on your computer for free: Anti-Virus Software, Adobe Reader for PDF Files, OpenOffice WordProcessor and Spreadsheet, and Winzip. We also install two of the best anti-spyware tools, Spybot and Ad-Aware. The additional software is optional; but free with the service.

Reloading Windows on your computer effectively turns the clock back to Day 1 on your machine. It will run much more smoothly and crash less often (If at all!)
It is the only service that can guarantee that your computer will be running at 100% efficiency with no Viruses or mal-formed programs taking away your computer speed.

Reloading a computer has its disadvantages. You are likely to loose any programs that have been installed since getting the computer. We are, however, very flexable and will address your specific needs. We can also Backup any important files, Documents, Music, Pictures Etc. So that you can take the system home and get right back to work.

 

The total cost is $80.00 There are no hidden fees for installing extra software or saving your information.

As with all our services, there is a 30-day warranty on the work that we perform.

We recommend reloading a machine every 18 months to keep it running efficiently.

This rate only applies to in-store services. If we are reloading your computer on-site, the usual hourly-rate is applied.

Richard often messes his computer up and has to reload at least every month.
