complete diagnosis must be performed first.
This is to prevent the "Well, yeah we thought it
needed a reload, so we said it would be $80, but
after doing that, we found that it was really just a
bad modem, and that's what's stopping you getting
online" approach that other Computer
Repair shops may take. This wastes time and money.
Diagnostic Services aren't
performed on every machine, just those where there
is a question regarding the actual problem that the
machine has.
With free diagnostics services, you have no obligation
to go-ahead with any repairs.

in your PC. Then we can call you with the results and
